These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website (litahomes.shop) and any services you book with us through it, including paid consultations. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Lita Properties Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16497106. Our registered office is C/O Risha Ltd, 17a Church Street, Walton-on-Thames, England, KT12 2QP. Our director is Mr Alehandro Lita.

We carry out the construction of domestic and commercial buildings, and the letting and management of residential property.

3. Our services

Descriptions of our construction, letting and property management services on this website are provided for general information only. They do not constitute a binding offer, a survey, structural advice, legal advice or a tenancy agreement.

Any contract for construction works, lettings or property management will be agreed separately in writing between you and us. Those written terms will take precedence over these website terms where they differ.

4. Consultations and payment

We offer one-to-one consultations at a fee of €39 per consultation. Consultations are booked and paid for through our secure payment page operated by Stripe.

When you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. The consultation covers discussion and general guidance only; it does not create any obligation on us to carry out works, let property or enter into a contract.

Advice given during a consultation is general in nature and is based on the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional surveys, legal advice or planning advice.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us as early as possible. Refunds are handled at our discretion and may be granted where sufficient notice is given.

If we need to cancel or move a consultation, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund.

6. Prices

Prices shown on this website, including the consultation fee, are quoted in euros and are payable in full at the time of booking through Stripe. We may change our prices from time to time; the price shown at the moment of booking applies to your booking.

7. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Lita Properties Ltd or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the general information and guidance it contains. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
